Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At SavingPoint.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

Products purchased from SavingPoint.pk may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  1. The item was faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  2. The item delivered does not match the original product specifications or is different from what you ordered.

How to Request an Exchange

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by:

  • All exchange requests are reviewed case-by-case to ensure fairness.

Proof Requirement

To process a claim, customers must:

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item via email within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Replacement will be sent for approved defective/damaged items.

  • Customers must return the item via traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.

  • For size or product change requests (where applicable), a Rs. 200 handling/re-delivery charge may apply.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy

Currently, SavingPoint.pk does not offer direct returns. However, eligible items may be processed under the Exchange Policy above.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not issued in cash.

  • Approved refunds are provided in the form of a store coupon/voucher of the same value.

  • The coupon can be used for future purchases on our online store.

  • Coupon terms, validity, and usage conditions will be mentioned on the issued voucher.

Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange

We may not be able to process exchange requests in the following situations:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

  • The product has been tampered with.

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Items without original packaging (where applicable).

Important Notes

  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

  • Keep proof of purchase and order details for faster processing.

  • SavingPoint.pk reserves the right to approve or reject exchange claims after evaluation.
